If you're looking to invest in property abroad you should consider the Emirate of Dubai in the Persian Gulf - it's a very exciting time to buy in Dubai at the moment as there's a huge amount of development going on, and a large percentage of this is luxury apartments. One highly prestigious development in Dubai is Zero Five Zero, a collection of luxury studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, located near the beach in Dubai Waterfront - very close to the famous Palm in Jebel Ali. The government of Dubai had reserved the waterfront area for their own developments but early in 2008 released some of it's prime real estate to private companies and investors, and it's now one of the most sought-after parts of Dubai.
